1. A minimum amount to execute an order is 4000 PLN net
2. The prices given in the catalog are net prices and do not include delivery costs. Delivery charges will be determined on an individual basis. 3. An order is accepted for execution following an advance payment in the amount of 40% of the gross value of the order. 4. Goods are delivered after having paid the remaining 60% of the gross value of the order, unless otherwise agreed. 5. The order delivery date is 14 days. The date may be extended and require to be agreed upon on an individual basis. 6. In exceptional cases, if a given component of a set is not available, we reserve the right to use an equivalent substitute or a product of higher quality. All changes will be agreed with the Client. 7. Should the Ordering Party cancel the order for reasons which are not the fault of the Seller, the Ordering Party shall pay the Seller the contractual penalty in the amount of 60% of the gross contract value. 8. Complaints are examined only if they are submitted within 7 days from the date the order was executed. |
